What is the NLCA Affiliate Program?
The NLCA Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn a commission for referring values-aligned nurses to Nurse Life Coach Academy.
We believe referrals are the most authentic and effective way to grow — and we’d rather invest our marketing budget into people we trust than into paid ads.
This program exists to:

Who can become an affiliate?
This program is open to:

Nurse coaches and healthcare professionals

Approved community partners
All affiliates must apply and be approved before participating.
How does the commission structure work?
For each qualified referral, you may choose one of the following:

$300 cash, paid approximately 45 days after enrollment (once the refund period has passed), or
-
$500 credit toward any TSNC program.
Cash commissions are paid via direct deposit to your bank account.
What can the $500 credit be used for?
The $500 credit can be applied toward:

Advanced programs
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
When are commissions paid out?
Referral rewards are:

Paid monthly, on the 5th of the month

Issued after the referred student has passed the refund period

Paid via direct deposit to your bank account
Once you receive your first payout, we’ll request the necessary tax forms.
Does my friend receive a discount?
No — we do not offer public tuition discounts.
Instead, your referred friend receives a Referral Bonus Package, which includes:

This allows us to reward referrals without devaluing tuition.
How does my affiliate link work?
Once approved, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link.
When someone uses your link to download our ebook, they are tagged to you in our system. If they later enroll, you’ll be credited for the referral.
